Return from Hiatus

Hiatus...what an interesting word. I always like it when people use that word. It is often used to describe when a TV show is not shooting and taking a break, but instead of saying that they're just on a "break," they will say that the show is currently on hiatus. 

Anyways, what a great night for television last night. First off, we had Britney Spears on How I Met Your Mother. Let me say this...HIMYM is a terrific television show. I can only think of two comedies that are currently on the air that I like a tad better, The Office and 30 Rock. I'm also a Scrubs fan, but I think that HIMYM is currently better than Scrubs. What Friday Night Lights is to television drama, HIMYM is to television comedy. Just give it a chance, you shall enjoy. 

Anyhoo, Mizz Spears did a great job last night on the show. I can only hope now that she will  produce another song as solid as "Hit Me Baby One More Time." Let's be honest. That song was the shiz.

Back to last night's TV, Greek returned last night! Who would have ever thought that a show on ABC Family would become appointment television? Not me, that's for sure. 

Then at 10, The Hills returned as well. So fake, yet so good. Honestly, a lot of last night's plot seemed totally staged. I mean seriously...a curling iron burning Lauren's dress for the big ball with only an hour until she has to be at the ball. OMG!!! What will she ever do? Definitely riveting television.

I have eaten half a pack of Life Savers while typing this.

How To Make Life Easier Tip #1: Hang out with like-minded people. When I do such, everything just happens much easier. The drama factor goes way down too when this occurs.

What a crock it is that Major League Baseball began this year in Japan. Japan, are you frickin kidding me? Baseball is AMERICA's pastime. I don't care how much those Japs like it, we liked it first and we like it better. Bud Selig is a douche for allowing this to happen. Baseball has sold its soul in hopes of what? To spread the love of baseball around the globe? FALSE. More like...to make a few extra bucks. Screw you Bud Selig.
